There are no refunds on prescription lenses or special orders. All other product may be returned unworn and undamaged within 14 days* of the original ship date. The product must be in salable condition and include all of the original materials packaged with it including tags, case, cloth, authenticity cards, warranty paperwork, etc. Store credit will be issued on all purchases between 15 and 30 days of the original ship date. No refunds or credits will be issued for purchases over 30 days In order to process your return more quickly, we request that you obtain a return authorization number (RA#) from our return department at firstname.lastname@example.org and write the reason for the return on the packing slip. eOptics.com is not responsible for returned shipping costs or for lost packages. Because they are custom made, there are no refunds on prescription lenses. If there is a doctor's change in the lens prescription within 30 days, eoptics.com will gladly remake the lenses to the new prescription one time only.
Unworn non-prescription sunglasses and ophthalmic frames may be exchanged for product or store credit within 30 days from the date of shipping. The product must be in saleable condition and include all of the original materials packaged with it including tags, case, cloth, authenticity cards, warranty paperwork, etc. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on the new product and any amount over the exchange credit. If the exchange is taking place after 14 days from the date of shipment, then store credit will be issued for any leftover amount. A one time credit of 50% will be given on prescription lenses. There is a one year manufacturer defect warranty on most products. If you have any questions about what might constitute a manufacturer defect or to obtain a return authorization number, please email or call customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 888.322.4521. Some nonprescription product cannot be warranteed through eoptics.com. You must send this product directly back to the manufacturer. These companies include: Oakley, MJ, and Rudy Project. Things that are not covered under warranty include: Scratches on sunglass lenses, lost glasses, any type of user mishandling.
