There is a one year manufacturer defect warranty on most products. If you have any questions about what might constitute a manufacturer defect or to obtain a return authorization number, please email or call customer service at service@eoptics.com or 888.322.4521.
Some nonprescription product cannot be warranteed through eoptics.com. You must send this product directly back to the manufacturer. These companies include: Oakley, MJ, and Rudy Project. Things that are not covered under warranty include: Scratches on sunglass lenses, lost glasses, any type of user mishandling.
