Today I want to talk about a Theo frame called the Andalouse. This pretty, feminine shape is more flowing, and curvy than many of Theo’s creations, but it still has a distinct look to it, and a little twist, as all Theo frames do. As with all Theo frames, the Andalouse is available in many colors, from mild to wild. There is a Read the rest of this entry »
Today I have exciting news: Europtics Cherry Creek has moved to a new location! Don’t be too worried, though. We’ve only moved about 50 feet from where we were. So, you have bought a beautiful pair of glasses, but you don’t need to wear them all the time. What do you do with them? The best option is to put them in the case when you’re not wearing them, but that’s not always practical. Your next best option is La Loop eyeglass holders. I know what you’re thinking: Ugh, those horrible things! My great grandma wears those! These are definitely NOT your great-grandma’s glasses holders. La Loop necklaces are truly functional, as well as being beautiful pieces of jewelry in their own rights. The pendant is usually sterling silver, and comes in a few different shapes. Some of them are cut-out dogtags, and very hip. These necklaces are extremely well-made, and will make you want to wear them and use them…sometimes even if you don’t have your glasses or sunglass frames with you! If you need something to keep you from losing your glasses, give these a second and even third look!
I realized I had not yet blogged about one of my favorite (out of so many favorites, I admit) Anne et Valentin eyeglass frames: the Cozak. The Cozak is a soft cat-eye shape, and, while it fits most faces, is also large enough for progressive lenses, should you wear them. The Cozak has Read the rest of this entry »
