I’m sure quite a few of you have heard of Chrome Hearts; either the eyeglasses and sunglasses, or the jewelry. They have a very distinctive look: gothic crosses, and sterling silver accents. The jewelry is thicker, and has a bit of a “biker” feel to it, in that it’s more noticeable, and not usually delicate. They do some Read the rest of this entry »

I spoke with Paige in our Cherry Creek Europtics store today about her favorite frame, and it happens to be the Chrome Hearts If You C Kay. She says this frame is the most comfortable frame she’s ever owned. She thinks it has a lot to do with the way Read the rest of this entry »

I spoke with Paige in our Cherry Creek Europtics store this morning, and her favorite frame today is the Chrome Hearts Dixon Yu. She thinks the Dixon Yu is “beautimous.” The Chrome Hearts frames have an obvious quality you can see when looking at them, and the Dixon Yu is no different. When you pick it up, you can feel the balance of the frame. Because of the materials Chrome Hearts uses on their frames, they are not always the lightest weight. The sterling silver tends to add a certain solidity to the frames. Chrome Hearts makes sure to balance the frames so they fit well on your face and head, and don’t weigh you down. Today I want to talk to you about some of Chrome Hearts‘ coolest sunglasses, the Rejected. The name itself is pretty cool, but the glasses are just amazing. They are acetate, and have wide temples. I spoke with Shane in our Cherry Creek Store this morning. His current favorite glasses are the ones he’s wearing; the Chrome Hearts Gittin Any? glasses. He considers them a throwback to the 40’s, and very geek chic. Shane feels they’re larger than life, and loves the fact that they’re designed to be bold and beautiful. These glasses will definitely get you comments when you wear them!

Chrome Hearts makes more high end glasses and sunglasses. You may be familiar with the name, as they also do a lot of jewelry. It’s more of a “gothic” look, usually, with old-style crosses and fleur de lis as well. All of the detailing on the glasses and sunglasses is sterling silver. Chrome Hearts usually has a heavier style and look, but when you put them on, they fit well. The sterling tends to make them heavier in feel, but they balance it well, so they don’t slide off your face. If you’re looking for “jewelry for your face,” I highly recommend giving Chrome Hearts a look. Our brick and mortar stores carry them, and you can always email us if you have specific questions.
