It is becoming apparent to me that Hugh Jackman is a pretty big fan of Salt frames. He’s recently been spotted wearing the Salt Goodwin sunglasses, in Raven black. Not only are these stylish sunglasses lightweight and durable, but they also have polarized lenses. This is a good thing, since he was wearing them around the water. Polarization was originally developed to allow fishermen to see beneath the surface of the water. I wonder what Hugh was looking for underwater?

Wow, it’s been a busy two weeks following Vision Expo. We’re on the cusp of launching a much more functional and aesthetically pleasing site and I haven’t been following up with my brand specific posts after Vision Expo as I promised I would. So without further adieu…

The Final Day of Vision Expo wound down the festivities in New York. We made a few last minute visits to up and coming lines like Garret Leight, saw the latest La loops (adjustable dog tags and heavy metal chains hand crafted in Mexico), and spent the rest of the day crossing the t’s and dotting the “eyes” on all things eyewear related.

We paid a quick visit to Opticam and then shopped for the elusive “perfect” sunglass case…

It wasn’t the most exciting day at the meeting but did serve as a nice little wind down before the crew returned west. Stay tuned to the stores for the exciting arrival of Opticam and the new La Loops.
