Lafont Chelsea Eyeglasses, Purple
It’s been a little while since I’ve blogged about Lafont glasses, and I just had to talk about the pair I’m wearing today. The Chelsea is not my newest frame, but it is one I keep coming back to. The shape and size fit my face perfectly. It’s a bit between a square and a butter fly shape, which is perfect for me, as the top bar does not angle up sharply. Seeing as they’ve been recently written up in the March 2011 issue of “Men’s Journal,” I wanted to blog about the Salt Vance sunglasses today. The Vance sunglasses are a vintage inspired shape, with a modern interpretation. They are painstakingly handcrafted from a 10mm thick piece of acetate.
